yessir my boy it’s an insane investment that offers an incredible return i could honestly buy two whole apartment complexes with my shares and still have money left over but would love to put a 30-40% down payment instead apartment complex cost(1.5-2.5 million) and use the leverage that i can, because ima diversify the shit out of my portfolio lol! and can’t forget to fulfill my wish of buying my parents a house will definitely take affect right away when this hits!! seems like i’m going to have a lot of expenses but i love that type of responsibility!!
