I think your right, if BP wants to do a BO and NP thinks the price is right a deal will happen.
But I think SK was hinting at some kind of deal with BP maybe a partnership on One application. This could be snarled a little bit by a lawsuit and I'm not talking about the Cheatum,Dewy & Howe type.
A partnership would give CYDY cash up front with royalties coming in and a significant jump in the stock price, not to mention instant up list. I could see them partnering for HIV because it is such a tough market to break into. A new HIV drug pushed buy a big marketing campaign takes a lot of money CYDY doesn't have.
An FDA acceptance of the BLA and the setting of the PDUFA date would start the ball rolling, if the SP jumps to around $10 then they may be able to do all those things without partnering. But a partnership on one indication would make life in CYDY world a lot easier.
