Rosenbaum/Patterson Group no longer has the right to nominate any director candidates for election at the 2021 Annual Meeting. As a result, the Rosenbaum/Patterson Group’s director nominations will be disregarded, and no proxies or votes in favor of their nominees will be recognized or tabulated at the 2021 Annual Meeting.


Seems like a pretty confident comment stated in the news today that this years is toasted. They can always try again next year after we have 3-4 EUA/BTD approvals. Then see how much attention they get… lol
