I'm expecting a lawsuit regardless of what you posted from the bylaws because they're going to want to counter today's PR. From what I read, I'd say CytoDyn's attorneys are well versed with the bylaws, and if they had any concerns about this section, they would have held off until Sept 2. And any subsequent lawsuits will take months if not longer to run their way through the legal system, but that's just my opinion. Additionally, the 13D gang just took a major blow by the information about Patterson that was included in the letter to the SEC. Tried to sell his little company for $350m?? Tried to steal our patent??
