A friend of mine who is a great observer of the obvious (I like many can overlook the obvious) reminded me that if IncellDx was worth anywhere near the $350M that Patterson and his investors are seeking, it would have been sold already.
No need to shove it down the throats of Cytodyn shareholders, with the 13D being the second and more circuitous attempt in the last year.
Eventually nearly everyone shows his true face. 13D acting for the IncellDx shareholders, not us.
