I heard a bunch of talk of an August Insider Trading Window, so I went to the CytoDyn website and pulled this from one of their Corporate Governance documents titled Statement of Policy on Insider Trading and Policy Regarding Special Trading Procedures:
Does this mean that the CYDY officers and directors can buy stock as of Tuesday since the 10K came out on Friday?
They could make a HUGE statement of support of the company if they did.

The trading windows consist of the period that begins on the second business day after issuance of a press release or other announcement by CytoDyn disclosing quarterly or annual earnings through the date which is 14 days prior to the next quarter or fiscal year end.
