LISTEN CAREFULLY - Most 13-D's are challenged. I worked on one and the company tactic to fight against me was to use every bylaw at their disposal to throw it out. That's what was done and it worked to their benefit. So why wasn't that done here? Its all about procedure. Do you think the 13-D's followed procedures? They didnt set the date of the shareholder meeting yet did they. Oh - wait they did that on Friday. Lets at least give it the weekend. Patience.
