I prefer RTXB for the finest BBQ available anywhere. I use to buy from Omaha Steaks but I found my local butcher can provide Prime grade beef locally. That isn't the case with the BBQ from RTXB. Nobody has what they have locally however, soon I hope, there will be a company store of Franchise in my State. That way its faster and no shipping.
