Could Yo have let the cat partially out of the bag?

What if, Dr Yo was correct, and the goal is to destroy all value, and credibility in Cytodyn? Run the value to as low as they (shareholder's group) can get it. Take control of the company and merge with InCellDX, to restore credibility. Maybe the goal, all along, was to liquidate Cytodyn and get the intellectual property into InCellDX. Perhaps InCellDX will be the one taking over Cytodyn. Thus, the transfer of wealth is complete. Currently, that is the way the planets are aligning. Maybe we have underestimated our opponents. What a scary situation is brewing. The investigation doesn't have to prove any wrong doing. It just needs to cast shade, for this time frame.

So, the question is, if this is what is taking place, what can the long term retail stockholders do about it?
