I’m always surprised to hear this take. It’s obviously propaganda. Of all the dangerous variants floating around, precisely ZERO have originated in the US.

Maybe this is why they have stopped naming them from their region of origin — to obfuscate the fact that they are imports.

Variants are incubating in the third world and will continue to do so regardless of any mask or vaccine mandates over here.
