All I want to know is can we get one thing, just one thing that is solid from Generex or NGIO that is not coming down the road whenever?
And enough about hurting investments or why did you invest or all of that. Everyone who has invested in this company wants it to succeed, me included, but honestly, how many excuses or delays or missed timelines or no communication until shareholders stop making excuses for the management and say it is time to start delivering on things?
We and not just me but others on this board and I am sure on other boards and I am not talking about the hacks, but true shareholders have been frustrated for months, even years of hearing about the coming days and then the coming days pass and no results. We have heard the excuses again of bad actors or Covid or any number of things, but in the end it is what the company is producing, how they are producing and the message they are producing.
I stated before I was not hear when the previous management was over Generex, but I heard the talk that Joe was a consultant for Generex. He knows what happened and didn't happen then and look where we are now years later.
Two years ago, we were at 3.28 PPS. There was talk of getting on NASDAQ. then the bottom fell out. A shareholders meeting took place and Joe said the 10Q was going to be terrific, it was bad when it came out.
The shares were put in the Treasury and we lost huge on the PPS. Joe said he had no idea that would happen. What about checking with the OTC or anyone?
Then the 2.00 fiasco. And what was needed and if we needed to be at 2.00 or not and then the bottom fell out at 2.00 and dropped big time and Joe blamed bad actors and then he said the bad actors bit was over and yet the bottom kept falling. So, was it still bad actors or was it more than that?
Then we find out they are dumping shares on the market. So, maybe not all bad actors after all. Maybe part of the drop and continuous drop was a fault of Generex itself and dumping of shares.
And in all that time, we had missed timelines, in the coming days, a questionable dividend, several NGIO IPO misses, Arizona then silence on Arizona, then finally, we hear something on Arizona, Florida and Ohio and some other deals not discussed in depth.
No IND as of yet, radio silence on China.
There needs to be some type of accountability because every CC, we hear basically the same old story of fluff but basically no results over the past 2 years, we have PRs with fluff, but basically no results over the past 2 years and the only results we have seen is the PPS dropping from 3.28 to .23 and staying there pretty much.
There needs to be an accountability for the management to address these concerns at the very least.
