Postulation:  really it's anyone's guess.  I presume several things are in the works, however, the company is waiting until certain ducks are in a row before announcing anything.  Perhaps it has to do with the lawsuit or just waiting on a particular order to come through.  Could be a dominoe affect type of thing where a PR now would just be "once we have this we will do that"  better to wait until we have this.
