Not at all. I'm saying that the F10 will be filed after the legal actions are taken. What is being ignored here is the fact that (in the past 2 months) the NY case was ruled on a technicality rather than on Merits of the case. That unfair ruling reset the timelines that you're focused on. HHSE is in the process of preparing an appeal in NY. Thankfully, Arkansas Law doesn't allow for the enforcement of foreign judgments that are won (elsewhere) on a technicality. Foreign judgments there are reopened and adjudicated on Merits.
