I don't know how to reply without sounding like I am defending them. But the impression I got was that they had to sort of hurry to file the 13D because of certain timeframes with respect.to the annual shareholder meeting.

Some have said this has been in the works for a long time. But the impression (emphasis on impression) I got was that they began this process.after the CD12 results.
