The problem is he/she is posting statements that cannot be substantiated in any way. And most include bashing of some form or another.
We would welcome a constructive debate about the 13D. But to be fair, they haven't and many of the folks here have already made up there mind anyway.
And, as a point of reference, if the 13D were to succeed, we would end up deleting posts that bash the new management. It's interesting how many people assume that we are NP supporters or 13D supporters
