eviction notices should be hitting homes and apartment near you on Monday...
My apartment posted notice today. The property was up for sell. If no one bought the property and picked up the remainder of their low income contract with State and local government within 1 year. Then present renters would be given notice their present price would guaranteed for 3 years provided there was no cause for eviction. After that there would be no low income price and or a price increase to those renting at full price.
I rent at full price $700 per month. Yes very cheap for a 3 bd 2 bath.
Same apartments are going for $1400- 1600 per month presently...
I guess I should consider in 4 years they will be at $2100- 2500 per month.
