I think Brazil will kill this whole takeover. I also don’t think 13d has near enough votes, not close. Third, I don’t see why any rational share holder would vote for a group whose only purpose is to destroy the company for personal gain and basically screw share holders. If they have another plan, they had better state it before Brazil starts a trial.
