Probably their government & many of them as well. Forget the name of guy who hosted call with CYDY team & Dr. Randi. But he was hung up on price more than lives. The value of human lives there is very much in line with value of the peso. Bad actors such as this guy are not champions of their people, but more likely corrupt & either representing the policies of one or the other
If he were sincerely interested in the well-being of folks in the PI, he could have screamed. Total plant, but how could we know?
The politics in the PI & the part the USA plays may be more suitable for another board.
