My theory is that 5%er is MDV back under a different guise. I may very well be wrong but once I posited the question, here and via PM, he went dark.
5%er arrived in June and MDV has been silent for at least that long.
Whether or not they're the same dude, both characters are clearly trying to sway opinion, publicly and privately.
