Why didn't you ask the person that told you, rather than spreading their unsubstantiated rumor by asking us?
Phrasing your post as a question doesn't absolve you of responsibility for spreading an unsubstantiated rumor.
I downvoted you for that reason. Frankly, I believe your post should be deleted because it is my belief that such a rumor has an effect to attempt to demoralize.
