$BCAP has definitely been keeping itself afloat through other means. I know its not convertible debt etc. because we'd have seen that on earlier Quarterly reports, and the share structure would had to have been increased to accomodate dilution. Two things happened to also confirm that type of financing didn't occur:

1. The freeze in share structure

2. The very small volume of share sold

I also know that in the last Quarterly report there wasn't a "Going Concern" statement. That means the company is in good financial condition.

We also saw the PR with the $350k+ revenue from the two consulting agreements. What I don't know is what's happened since that point.
