Can you explain this thinking for me?

At this point in time any PR that demonstrates continued development of the company would be good in my view. There are a number of things to PR according to the scuttlebutt, none of which would blow the pps out of the water, so why would maximum exposure be necessary.

All HLNT needs to do is demonstrate slow, steady progress, the pps will follow revenue.
