This is a great point. If the Saliva test was fake, the lawyers would have added it to the blood test kit accusations. Instead, they want to keep knowledge of the Saliva test away from the jury, claiming it would only confuse them.
Sounds like they think the Saliva test is real.
The Quarterly Report (coming soon) should provide information on Pedima International sales efforts. I am hoping for some good sales numbers.
