I'd be fine with elevating Scott Kelly to CEO. He has managerial experience although not seemingly with fundraising. Was he responsible for bringing in Dr Recknor? They are both in some sense bone docs from the Atlanta area. If he could bring in somebody with experience in clinical-stage fundraising the way Recknor is experienced in trials, I think that would make for a stellar team while keeping the current path in place.
