I follow what you're saying here Ted. I didn't realize the 250K shares pasaca owns for voting purposes were not yet issued. Also in the way it said there was common stock reserved for the options and warrants, I was assuming they were part of the 689M. I was of the assumption that since the authorized capital stock of the Company consists of 750M shares of Common Stock, you couldn't issue options or warrants that would exceed what was authorized. But I guess I am learning that is not the case.

So is the proxy needed to raise the amount of common stock available just simply so it could be issued to pasaca?
