Every post you guys make, on every messageboard, merely confirms everyone’s suspicion.
Where’s the 13D plan? If it has to be filed with the SEC, just do it already.
Rosenbaum doesn’t seem to have a problem arranging early white card voting so why not go public with the plan? Why whisper about it on conference calls most shareholders are excluded from?
If the shareholders mtg is Oct 15th are they going to unveil the plan on the 14th? Or are they waiting to drop it when Cytodyn puts out a milestone PR, hoping to once again dilute or overshadow good news.
If you want credibility you should also reveal your own connection to the 13D group. Hiding is so uncouth. You know everyone here is a long, so what are you? A paid spokesperson?
