Yahoo finance has both Clement Lockwood and a Mr. Alberto Navarro listing as key executives.
If is THE Alberto Navarro from sun valley that would be brilliant- however I have not found a way to confirm. Perhaps a well-worded e-mail to Sun Valley would be an avenue for information.
I am in one other penny stock that put out PR as to their completion of all filing requirements for up listing to pink current, that was on June 30 and they are still not current.
