HUGE RECAP TIME....
-Between April and May most of the subsidiaries filed annual reports
-End of May beginning of June new website emerged - https://univechealth.com/
-June 10th we find out Health Resources is valued at 1.6 billion confirmed by Doc
-Between June 7th-14th our OTC Application was submitted
-June 14th our Transfer Agent was verified
-June 21st, Dr Dalton changes name of UNIVEC CONGLOMERATE TO UNIVEC INC to match OTC AND FINRA. Says name will go back after we are current.
-July 23rd, all documents and attorney letters are filed to go current
-July 26th, our OTC Profile is verified and we find out how the low the float really is.
Now we are truly day to day as to when we go current then a PR should follow. Good luck to us all, and AMAZING TEAMWORK to get all this dd. Team work makes the dream work.
