I sent an email to TDA based on your post. I got the following response.
“Thank you for writing!
We located a filing with the SEC from May of 2021, however this is an SEC filing for one individual having or losing more than 5% ownership, 4.97% in this specific instance. This is not a statement of the total percentage of institutional shares owned, but just the holdings of one individual person.
So at this time, there isn't anything to update.”
