I haven't done research on that rare form of leukemia (until now). Two of the main drivers of PV leukemia are Jak2 and platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) both downregulated by leronlimab. IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, VEGF, TGF-β and IFN also contribute to the disease and are controlled by leronlimab. Leronlimab should do very well against PV leukemia.
