Aren't you the guy who admitted you were Rosenbaum's son? If I've confused you with another 13D propaganda spokesperson dispatched to sway shareholders to the dark side, I apologize.
Reality is, CYDY never should have gone from $5-$10 when it did. That was a textbook pump and dump. The CD12 failure and FDA letter took it to $2 and we can argue all day whose fault that was. I think there's blame on both sides. But the continued decline (and perhaps the exacerbation of the drop since summer '20) is all on the 13D group.
Far as I can see, that's their plan -- make shareholders blame existing mgmt for share price disconnected from value/potential and then swoop in to enrich themselves, leaving the gullible retail who supported them all the poorer for it.
