I think many investors are discouraged from buying shares during a hostile takeover attempt, and that is one of the main reasons the volume continues to be anemic for now. If the 13D group are successful (they won't be), it would take months for a new BOD and CEO to get up-to-speed and create new relationships with potential partners, suppliers, and the FDA, and to start managing ongoing trials and diagnostics.
