It seems that the enrollment of the human trial took a significant upturn towards the end of April and quickly filled to total enrollment by the end of May.
Quite a coincidence that Delta became a major problem in late April in Russia and all of a sudden the enrollment surges in May.
If they saw strong results (as in the aged Russian soldier surviving) for some of the patients in the trial having the Delta strain that may have really pushed the enrollment in May.
One can always hope that was the case.
Because if it wasn't Brilacidin doing the work for that old guy, what other treatment could possibly have helped???
