It would seem that InCelldx is under a cloaking device that the 13d...dips would like to have remain as the status quo...the original selling plan has "gone astray...like Mice and Men."...(pun intended) I tend to believe that this has been going on for a long time...at least since before Dr. Patterson's lack of work diligence and eventual benching...you'll appreciate this..The Marquis Montrose in Rob Roy says, "there is much here,...
