Because if you own a piece of IncellDX and the two entities become one, your gain in owning a chunk of IncellDX would dwarf any loss in your Cytodyn holdings.
It’s not that complicated. The refusal to disclose who owns IncellDX only seems to reinforce that possibility.
If the 13D group revealed there is no plan to buy IncellDx or promised not to for at least 3-5 years the level of distrust wouldn’t be so high. But like someone else said, it’s clear that was the promise made to Bruce Patentson to get him onboard.
