Have wondered about that, myself. Supposedly, there are still a lot of cases, but covid has not been showing up in the headlines from Manila. So much going on that I have not kept up there. Last I checked, they were still having trouble getting vaccine & that was free.
But I gather that we still have an agreement with Chiral & Macleod has an operation there.
Could be that the government will not let Dr Randi publicize results for fear of having to explain why they are not willing to pay for good medicine.
