Let me clear a few things up regarding dates and financials....
First off, lets remember these financials DO NOT HAVE SUBSIDIARIES in them. These are just to basically get the shell current then soon bring the other companies in, like HRI which is valued at 1.6 billion.
Second off, we needed an annual report for 2019, 2020 and a quarterly report for first quarter of 2021 to get current. BECAUSE those financials were not audited we needed an attorney letter for each one. So 3 reports, 3 attorney letters. This is confirmed info.
Third off, Dr Dalton nor univec made a mistake. Today the Annual report for 2019 and the Attorney letter for that same report, were re submitted by OTC NOT DOC, because they put the wrong period end date on the right side when the first put them in. If you go look, on those 2 documents they say 2018, they were supposed to say 2019. They corrected, no issues, no delays. It did not have amended because OTC made the correction not DOC because it was their mistake. But your right when there is a mistake on the companies part it has to say amended. All is good. I hope this now clears up any confusion.
