Cody, my concern is this: It's easy enough for a reputable company like PPD to agree to provide quality services to a company, in the event the company actually needs those services at some point. That's the key, though, "in the event..." That's like me announcing that Myron Mixon has agreed to cater my barbeque party personally, but if I never actually have the party, saying that Myron Mixon is going to cater it is meaningless. (On the other hand, I do my own smoking when it's time to party.)
