Agree. The letter from the FDA (to get people off their collective) weighed heavily on share price. That is surprising, as we still have ole & compassionate use, so obviously we were not kicked out of the house.I look for us to be granted btd for cancer & approval for a LH's trial, plus acceptance of HIV BLA.
Plenty going on here. Brazil offers a do over as far as PE & dosing, not to mention a larger patient population. US would have done the same at a higher cost & fewer enrollees. No negatives.
But yes the open for business sign dispels rumors.
Also, NP was quick to say that Mexico did not work out & they moved on. Just part of the process. No mention of PI or India. I feel that they are still in play. Fear that both are in store for another wave.
