Also the people at nasdaq are pretty easy to.get a hold of. I believe I emailed them off the website and they called me back a few minutes later and answered all my questions.
I can't find my notes at the moment and LV explained the process better than I could.
I asked if valuation or earnings were considered so that we could open at a higher price and the answer was no. As long as we meet the requirements and share price of $4 then we uplist next day, no halt.
The $2-3 requires closing at those prices 5 days in a row if I remember correctly.
So we need enough buying to get us above those numbers.
