The minimum investment for EB-5 has recently reverted to $500K from $900K after a court ruling - which opens up the market to a larger pool of investors.

$900K was prohibitive for normal professional Europeans - $500K is not.

EB-5 schemes are normally fully subscribed within weeks to a few months after launch.
