They now have a boat load of data to use to drive Pulse. Way more than any of the other direct sales software vendors. Even Penny that does AI doesn't have that many customers and data.
What is really cool is Verb can look at all the data and see what is the most successful at getting a sale and model the solution and suggestions around that. This is really priceless for companies in my view. Without it, you are guessing and driving somewhat blind.
With Pulse, they literally could say, do a, b & c in this order, with this timing, etc and your sales will go up by x amount. Here's the data and the proof. Oh and this means less training and better retention.
The other thing I was thinking about...
Imagine if you are a Verb customer. The company you engaged called Verb for one product keeps coming out with game changing technology. These customers must be blown away. Also they don't have to go to 3 vendors and piece it all together. One stop shopping.
