After this fiasco I don't see how the SEC's action is in the shareholders best interests. Things were in the works:
They filed:
Quantum Materials Corp. (QTMM) SEC Filing 10-K Annual report for the fiscal year ending Sunday, June 30, 2019
Then the SEC hit them with:
2. QTMM has failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules
13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder because it has not filed any periodic reports with the
Commission since the period ended September 30, 2019.
Slow but in the works. I would think this would qualify.
Quantum Materials Corp - 10Q - Quarterly Report - June 24, 2021 For the quarterly period ended December 31, 2019
It wasn't already bad enough now the SEC sure knows how to screw the shareholders too.
