I would expect AMBS to produce updates financials in the next few weeks. This is to avoid SEC Rule 15c2-11 impacts. It's likely the 12million shares issued in May were to pay for the production of such financials as that's the only dilution that's occured in sometime and is clearly a chunk payment, not some sort of conversion.
