We used a dosage as in the ABSSSI study. 0.6 mg/kg (D1), 0.3 mg/kg (D2, D3, D4, and D5) The arm had an efficacy of 98.2% the highest of the 3 B arms in the ABSSSI study in just 3 days. Now we added 2 more .3 days.
The boyz on Liehub are saying the dosage is much less than the absssi study so that is why there was a day 4 and 5 added.
