Regarding the conglomerate, I have a theory, that makes tons of sense to me at least.

I don't think he could bring all the companies into univec without being current cause he had to formally announce them as acquisitions.

You cant magically bring it all together without acquiring them with money or shares.

So he got current, then name change, then bring all the companies together.

So no reason to worry or panic at all, Im pretty sure it had to be done this way.
