Hi Evil - you threw me a bit with this reply last night. it was late and I was watching the NBA finals and then the Giants spitting the bit against the Dodgers.
Went back and double checked....
the document filed yesterday by 13d was a "preliminary proxy statement." They are not yet soliciting votes. (I agree with you.....if they were soliciting votes based on the minimal information they have provided, that would be a bad situation).
Here is the link. You can just look at the top few lines to see that this is essentially a draft. I imagine that it is a SEC requirement that they publish something like this, but don't know for sure.

Just wanted to clear that up. And, Riz, no, I'm not part of 13d. But, yeah, I'm hoping they produce a plan to earn my votes.
