I think what the big issue here is, we hear of this financing, but we don't hear of anything else, so it leaves a lot to be desired. The IPO fiasco and it has been a fiasco since the missed timelines and then the go talk to Dawson and James by Joe and they won't answer calls or provide information that Joe tells us to get from them, then the other things going on that we still are waiting to hear information on.

So, when we hear this and nothing else, it just doesn't look all that good. Maybe we hear other news tomorrow or Friday or next week. But then again, we have been saying that for weeks and weeks.
