Qtr ended in June many of his “conglomerate” companies going into UNVC “which is still “INC” until name change these companies filed their annuals in May and beginning of June so next Qtr reporting to be filed is on or before Aug 14th I believe …so .our PR of new beginnings is going to lead into filings showing all of the companies rolled into UNVC as a conglomerate
