There's an old saying "too big for your britches," which seems apropos to Patterson here. Loosely translated it means "getting ahead of yourself" or thinking you are way more clever than you actually are. A year ago, I would have been excited at the prospect of Patterson on our board, but a few things have transpired since then that have changed my mind.

The first was Patterson's admission that he didn't have the time to complete the analysis for Cytodyn's "small" clinical trial as he was too busy trying to launch his diagnostic kits in Europe.

The second was his applying for a patent for literally Leronlimab's MOA without crediting Cytodyn, all the while he was working FOR Cytodyn and using THEIR intellectual property.

The third was trying to get them to purchase IncellDX at an incredibly inflated price.

It's not a far stretch for me to question whether his withholding of data from CYDY and/or his patent application wasn't an attempt to leverage CYDY to buy his company.

If Patterson wants to do the right thing and move forward in an honorable way, he would either revoke that patent application immediately, or credit Cytodyn properly for it. He would also distance himself from the smarmy group of re-runs making up the 13D group. All in my opinion of course.
